These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Caller ID mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Apps Garage Solution ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the Service immediately.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Apps Garage Solution regarding your use of the Service.

If you are under the age required by the laws of your jurisdiction to enter into a binding agreement, you may only use the Service with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

All rights not expressly granted to you remain the property of Apps Garage Solution and its licensors.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

10. Caller Identification Features

10.1

Caller ID information provided by the Service is intended for informational purposes only.

10.2

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of caller identification data.

10.3

Users are responsible for verifying information independently before relying upon it.

10.4

The Service must not be used for stalking, harassment, unlawful surveillance, or any activity that infringes upon the privacy rights of others.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service may contain links to or integrate with third-party services, platforms, SDKs, advertising networks, analytics providers, and payment processors. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, terms, or availability of such third-party services.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APPS GARAGE SOLUTION DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND RELIABILITY.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APPS GARAGE SOLUTION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Apps Garage Solution, its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses arising from:

Your use of the Service;
Your violation of these Terms;
Your violation of any third-party rights or applicable laws.

15. Termination

15.1

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms.

15.2

You may discontinue use of the Service at any time by uninstalling the application and canceling any active subscriptions.

15.3

Termination does not affect any rights or obligations accrued before termination.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Apps Garage Solution operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Apps Garage Solution regarding the Service.
